Permission for minors

Regarding Battlegrounds Mobile India, the company has recently clarified that the privacy and data security of users is our priority. Also, children under the age of 18 will have to seek their parents’ permission to play this game. Only then will he be able to play the game.

Gaming is a craze for gamers, and they forget about other things while playing sometimes this makes the situation critical for them in terms of health and study, this is the reason why parents maybe don’t like the release, outdoor activity is limited right now, for children the launch is a relief but for parents, it’s a situation which in the past created many problems, like children not paying attention to their study and playing their much-loved game, let’s hope kids understand that playing and studying is equally important and there is a health risk if you continuously play.

PUBG was banned in 10 countries, and last September got banned in India.

The legal aspect

The major reason for banning PUBG with 100 other apps in India came after the tension on the Indo-China border, and the reason given for the banning is that the server of these apps and PUBG is not in India, the data of users is not safe, now Krafton came up with a solution for this problem by storing and processing the user information, within servers placed in India and Singapore, though it may transfer data for legal requirements to other countries.

If everything functions smoothly, then it will be profitable not only for the gamers but also the gaming business, which is of billions in India.
